SpiritHorse was selected for the Texas Health Resources CSA award in 2008.

SpiritHorse is the 2006 recipient of the highest honor of the DFW Alliance for Healthcare Excellence, The Servant Leadership Award, for "Leadership in high-quality, affordable healthcare". The 2005 recipient was Baylor Healthcare Systems and 2004 recipient was Parkland Hospital System.

On behalf of SpiritHorse, Charles Fletcher, Founder, received the 2006 Dreamers, Doers, and Unsung Heroes Award presented by The Real Estate Council. This award recognized one individual in each of four North Texas Counties: Tarrant, Dallas, Collin, and Denton who represent a variety of endeavors in the community. Charles was the Denton County winner.

In 2005 SpiritHorse was selected by The Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas for its Travis Ahrens Award.
